Contact groups are managed by the administrator of the corresponding system module, who is able to configure and create groups, as well as administer their members. Assigning a client to a group does not mean that they cannot be treated individually, i.e.. cannot be granted to him, e.g.. individual discount or special offer sent. The tool is connected to the CRM system, which facilitates contact management for system administrators, sales representatives, account managers, etc.
